Once a survey is booked we require a minimum of 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel, failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed survey fee being charged.

We aim to invoice by email on the same day that we attend the property in question, we release by close of business the next working day after payment is received, no survey will be released unless full payment has been made.

If we arrange to meet an estate agent or a vendor at a property and they fail to show / grant access, 50% of the survey fee will be charged, the full amount of the agreed survey fee will payable if we have to revisit said property at a later date.
